Donald Sauder, CPA | CVA
Since answering the call to public accounting in 2008, Donald Sauder has dedicated his career to serving business owners, entrepreneurs, and organizations as a trusted advisor, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He has worked with more than 1,000 businesses and individuals across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, construction, professional services, real estate, distribution, retail, wholesale, automotive, and other specialty enterprises. From closely held businesses generating modest revenues to large, complex enterprises, he has helped clients navigate tax challenges, improve financial clarity, and make informed business decisions. Donald's professional expertise centers on corporate and partnership taxation, advanced tax research, strategic tax planning, and entity structuring. He works proactively with business owners to identify opportunities, manage risk, preserve wealth, and position their organizations for long-term success. His experience includes collaborating with attorneys, financial professionals, and other advisors to design and implement effective tax strategies, evaluate entity structures, and address complex tax matters. As a Certified Valuation Analyst, Donald provides business valuation and appraisal services for ownership transitions, estate planning, succession planning, shareholder transactions, and buy-sell negotiations. His valuation experience spans dozens of industries and has helped business owners confidently navigate some of the most significant financial decisions of their careers. In addition to tax and valuation services, Donald has assisted clients through corporate and partnership reorganizations, business transitions, acquisitions, liquidations, and other spacial business decisions. He understands that behind every transaction is an entrepreneur, family, or leadership team seeking trusted guidance and practical solutions. Mike Stoltzfus, CPA
Mike Stoltzfus is a CPA and CFO of several closely held businesses in the Lancaster area. He began working as a professional accountant at age 19 in the Lancaster, PA area and gained business experience through ownership in several entrepreneurial ventures along the way. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of CPAs. He lives in the Lancaster, PA area with his wife Erin and their son Kameron.
Jake Dietz, CPA
Jake grew up on a farm in York County and as a young man experienced entrepreneurship with small flocks of chickens. He went on to graduate with a business degree from Millersville University in 2011. He then joined a public accounting firm and eventually earned the CPA designation. In 2015 he gained experience in the private sector by working for a family of manufacturing and wholesale companies before returning to public accounting in January 2017. He prepares individual and business tax returns and drafts financial statements for clients, and he also researches tax questions. He provides entrepreneurs with financial analysis and information as they run their businesses. He also projects taxes for clients as they near the end of the year, or perhaps as they prepare to go through a business transition. Jake has served clients in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, retail, etc. Jake resides in Wrightsville near the Susquehanna River with his wife Yvonne and two sons Lincoln and Chad.
Benuel Glick, CPA
As an entrepreneur himself, Benuel brings solutions-oriented perspectives to the table. He was involved in business management and start-ups for ten years before obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Liberty University and his CPA license. He is no stranger to the responsibilities and challenges of business leaders and managers. Benuel's experience includes partnership, S-Corp, and individual taxation for a wide range of clients in various industries across the United States. He works with $500K - $50M+ topline revenue accounts spanning manufacturing, construction, retail, and farming industries. Whether it's optimizing tax positions, strategic tax planning, or robust yet understandable management accounting analytics, Benuel is naturally inclined toward providing practical insights to equip the entrepreneurial community and its stakeholders to flourish. When he's not working with entrepreneurs, you can find Benuel spending time with his best friend and lovely wife Rosanne, reading, engaging in the development of his three young children, brainstorming an array of topics with friends, traveling, or all the above. Currently, his favorite mission is helping young minds make big connections.
