Donald Sauder, CPA | CVA

Since answering the call in 2008, I have worked with a diverse corporate and partnership tax constituency as CPA and CVA, working with 700+ clients invoicing top line revenues from $5.0k to a ton, with projects keystones from manufacturing, agriculture, professional services, construction, real estate, and specialty industries. In light with principal proficiencies on tax projects and tax research, I have alike also respectively collaborated with both associate and peripheral professionals and tax attorneys assaying tax attributes and entity tax architecture. In addition I have worked to proactively safeguard clients from tax and accounting risk and to hedge taxable positions. As a CVA, business valuation and appraisal services include business transitions, estates, and successful buy | sell negotiations with industries from manufacturing, retail, wholesale, service businesses, distribution, automotive, construction, and other niche enterprise appraisals. Working experience also includes resolution oversight with corporate and partnership liquidations and reorganizations, with appropriate resources for busy entrepreneurs, as a servant to the business community.


Mike Stoltzfus, CPA

Mike Stoltzfus is a CPA and CFO of several closely held businesses in the Lancaster area. He began working as a professional accountant at age 19 in the Lancaster, PA area and gained business experience through ownership in several entrepreneurial ventures along the way. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of CPAs. He lives in the Lancaster, PA area with his wife Erin and their son Kameron.


Jake Dietz, CPA

Jake grew up on a farm in York County and as a young man experienced entrepreneurship with small flocks of chickens. He went on to graduate with a business degree from Millersville University in 2011. He then joined a public accounting firm and eventually earned the CPA designation. In 2015 he gained experience in the private sector by working for a family of manufacturing and wholesale companies before returning to public accounting in January 2017. He prepares individual and business tax returns and drafts financial statements for clients, and he also researches tax questions. He provides entrepreneurs with financial analysis and information as they run their businesses. He also projects taxes for clients as they near the end of the year, or perhaps as they prepare to go through a business transition. Jake has served clients in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, retail, etc. Jake resides in Wrightsville near the Susquehanna River with his wife Yvonne and two sons Lincoln and Chad.
